Organization Background:
Mezo is a student-run organization that focuses on teaching economics and finance. Lack of knowledge about finance and financial products bars people from being able to access banks and financial services. In addition, being financially illiterate often causes people to make the wrong financial decisions, compromising their financial well-being.

Investment Club:
Mezo Investment Club is an online summer program that teaches middle and high school students about the basics of investing and finance. Weekly online meetings are held and if students miss one there are lesson recordings on youtube. These meetings consist of lessons on finance and investing, guest speakers with industry expertise, discussions about the current economy and financial markets.
The program intends to better students’ understanding of asset management and investing in financial markets. We hope that students will recognize the importance of fiscal responsibility and financial literacy through the program.
